Daily Menu~July 31

  • Here's my plan for the day:
    On arising: Life Long Cocktail (LLC)
    1 cup coffee

    Before breakfast: 8oz hot water w/lemon juice

    B~2 eggs (scrambled w/spinich and onions
    8oz. cranwater

    Mid-morning snack:10 cherries

    L~cranwater (before lunch)
    salad , salmon

    Mid-afternoon~protein drink, cranwater, cut-up fresh veggies

    D~cranwater (20 min before dinner)
    chicken breast, brocolli/cauliflower, salad

    Mid-evening: cranwater, LLC
  • Dumb me ai forgot to eat this morning and they had no low carb stuff at work (HE HE HE) they had a new vendor there and I TOLD them they had better come up with some low carb products as there are many that eat low carb. and the only thing that i could have eaten was the stuffed tomatoe with tuna and as i do nto like tomatoes that would not work. besides tomatoes have too many carbs for many low carb diets. LOL!!!)

    so b- nothing
    l-tuna salad with cheese and brocoli/cauliflower salad
    d- the planned sloppy joe
  • Hey Sue, we are quite a pair~~I forgot to eat lunch today.
    So I think I'll add an evening protein shake w/blueberries in order to get enough calories.

    From now on I will wait and post what I have eaten for the day because I tend to change things throughout the day.

    I'm getting in all of my cranwater. The daily 64 oz is only 45 calories and 10.5gms carbs.

    **Edit: I just added up my daily food at Fitday and it is:
    (not including my flax seed oil or the bluecheese dressing that I had with my veggies)
    Calories: 726
    Carb:28%
    Protein:51%
    Fat:20%
