  • OK, grrls, back on track, lets beat the heck out of this thread... makes it a good one! Everyone have a good, active week!
  • did several walks this weekend as we were camping
  • I went swimming with the girls for 4 hours.

  • Can't say I did a lot, but I did work on the blades some more, hehe, carpet is my friend and did some cleaning, and goofing off with Ravyn, wrestled a bit with Johnny... I feel my fibro starting to act up... so who knows what I'll be able to do tomorrow...if nothing else, I'll break out the toning bands
  • a weekend away. lots of walking, and some swimming. today, back to the grind. and i walked a mile.

    but i still want to be away at a nice hotel!!!!! <sigh> reality bites.
  • This butt moved today 12 min on the ellipitical and then did upper body weights!
  • yesterday morning i walked 3 miles with
    DH and then bicycled 3 miles
    walked 2 miles today

  • Well, I got pool in three times last week and also today. Did a lot of "weight lifting" in over the weekend (30 lb and 45 lb granddaughters). I'm aching like I was lifting weights anyway. Outdoor walking is out till it cools off. this humidity makes it so hard to move. (Excuse?)
  • walked 3 miles this morning
  • Yesterday I did 10 min on the treadmill, 20 min on the rec. bike, and then did upper body weights. I then went to the pool with my girls for 2 1/2 hours. I had a great but moving day,lol.

  • Did 20 minutes of my step tape last night. Sister coming over today, to either walk a mile, do some yoga or Tae bo. We'll see what gets us movin. so many decisions.
  • Did another 20 min of step last night!

    My sister didn't show up , oh well, not going to let that stop me. I'm on a roll, and I don't mean a jelly one

    Trying for at least another 20 tonight (hoping for 30)
  • Real happy today. Walked in local park for 22 minutes but walking noticeably faster. Then spent an hour and a half walking around an antique mall (slowly, of course).
  • I did poorly today but still did a work out so i guess that is not too bad. Anagram great going on the walk.

    Bella do not be suprised if when you start the weights that you gain. please do not go by the scale but by how your clothes fit..!
  • Did a little over 20 mins of my step tape PLUS shampooed my carpet. That should count for something.....right?

    Will do something tonight either walk 2 miles or try to do my step again. My legs are killing me.....

    Sister supposed to come over tomorrow and walk with me. Maybe we'll walk 2 miles. No matter, I'll do something. I'm just keeping myself motivated.
