I do the 30 day shred 4 days a week and walk/run on the alternate days. I had been eating 1400 calories a day but when nothing was happening I started cycling between 1800 and 1200... and NOTHING. Not a lb. I feel like I'm going crazy. There is no way I can maintain 185 lbs with this level of activity and calorie intake... is there? Am I doomed to be fat forever?

This is so discouraging! At what point do I need to go see a doctor and assume there is something "wrong"?
