I don't know if this will apply to you, but my mom went through the same thing (plateau for a month at 188) and she was working out an hour and a half 5 days a week. She bought a few sessions with a trainer at her gym and the trainer analyzed what she was eating. My mom was staying within her recommended calories BUT she was eating too many carbs. Her diet consisted of lots of fruit which has high carbs. The trainer suggested she cut back (not Atkins diet cutting back, but around 100-125/day) and the next week she lost 5 lbs. Again, I don't know if this applies to you, but thought I would share.
I don't want to necessarily advocate a low carb lifestyle (it does work for me), but you might be more aware of how many you are eating.
