I tried it and loved it

  • I just wanted to let you all know about a recipe that I tried. It is Zucchini Bread. Because I made it with wheat bread and splenda I can eat it on my diet. (low carb). I wanted to share the recipe with the all of you.

    4 eggs
    2 cups Splenda*
    1 cup oil
    3 1/2 cups whole wheat flour
    1 1/2 tsp baking soda
    1 1/2 tsp salt
    3/4 tsp baking powder
    3 cups grated Zucchini
    1 tsp vanilla

    Beat the eggs, add sugar, oil, vanilla.
    Mix all the dry ing.
    Alternate dry ing. and Zucchini

    put in 2 greased 5X9 pans and bake at about 350 degrees F. for aobut 55 min.
