Cauliflower Salad

  • 1 large head cauliflower
    olives..about 1/4 cup
    1 small oninion
    1 medium tomato
    mayo...this varies

    Cook cauliflower till tender. Mash up with fork and add chopped olives, onions and tomatos. Add enough mayo to moisten. Salt and pepper to taste. Serve warm or chilled. I prefer chilled.

    Variations are to add egg and or pickles and make it more like a mock potato salad.
