Who's down to shred this month with me? I just got my dvd today and have started with level 1. Join this thread if you're willing to commit to all 30 days, ABSOLUTELY NO EXCUSES, and hold yourself and each other accountable.
So, here are my starting stats:
Starting weight - 151.5 (my weigh in day is Monday, so I'm just going to go w/last Monday's weight.)
Waist - 37"
Hips - 39"
left thigh – 24.5”
right thigh – 24.75"
left calf – 14.5"
right calf – 14.75"
arms - 11.5"
If you don't have your measurements, don't worry about it. Just jump in and let's get to work!!
