However, the new gym is paying off. I'm down 2 lbs! That takes care of the last of the 4 pounds I gained in the beginning of this challenge. Now to lose the remaining 30 lbs!

I've got the water under control. Drinking lots! I've been exercising at least 25 minutes a day since Saturday (LOVE the new gym).
Now if I could just control the cravings for refined carbs (PMS is a *itch!).
