Hey Girls!
I left Friday morning for Dallas for my friends 30th birthday. 1 hour off the plane I was eating cheddar fries and drinking beer. I think I drank a months worth of carbs in beer alone!!!
I haven't stepped on the scale since I got back on Sunday. I started low carb again as soon as I got home but I need someone to tell me I'm not a freak for blowing a 13lb weight loss in 2 days. I'm not sure what I've gained back but I know I have gained some back-I can feel it.....
I need some love.


. I think, and this is my own personal philosophy, that when we "slip" and then go right back OP, we are building character...and life long weight maintenance success! I mean really, think about it...There are going to be occasions throughtout our lives where we "indulge", but if we can recover right away..the damage will be minimal or nil...isn't that the ultimate goal. Controlling the yo-yo! Well, that's my story and I'm sticking to it. It makes me feel better on the days I am human!
