I started induction August 4th and had gone from 216.2 to 207.4. i was going to do induction for a full month to try to drop as much weight as possible but after 3 weeks of no cheating and following everything to the Tee, tonight i ate 2 slices pizza and a piece of red velvet cake AND drank a regular coke. i feel so horrible right now. Guilty and hopeless like, i'm never going to be able to do it again.
My question is, i've heard it takes 48hours to get back into ketosis and start burning my stored fat all over again - so should i do induction for a whole 'nother 2 weeks? or just finish off this week (which would make it four weeks) minus the one day screw up and then go on to OWL?
