WOO HOO!!! Did my 4.5 miles in 43:47!!!!!

TUESDAY
Was pooped, woke up at 4am, but managed to get in 3.5 miles in 33:45.
Have first weight training class tonight!

50 minutes on recumbant bike and 20 uphill on the treadmill. Upping the exercise since I think I might have plateaued a bit.

WEDNESDAY
Walked my 4.5 miles today using my POWERBELT. No idea of my time though, screwed up my timer somehow today.

THURSDAY
Did 3.5 miles in 33:53. Going to weigh training class tonight

30 minutes on the bike and 20 minutes on the elliptical trainer. Not too shabby!

FRIDAY
Pushed myself out today and was going to only do 3.5 miles but ended up doing 4.5 in 45:45
Legs were feeling fatigued after doing some weight training
last night, but I prevailed!!!!

SUNDAY
Just wakled my 4.5 miles today-hot out there-didn't have much speed, or wind, behind me to get me going today-took almost a full hour to do it!
