  • MONDAY
    WOO HOO!!! Did my 4.5 miles in 43:47!!!!!


  • TUESDAY
    Was pooped, woke up at 4am, but managed to get in 3.5 miles in 33:45.

    Have first weight training class tonight!
  • 50 minutes on recumbant bike and 20 uphill on the treadmill. Upping the exercise since I think I might have plateaued a bit.
  • WEDNESDAY
    Walked my 4.5 miles today using my POWERBELT. No idea of my time though, screwed up my timer somehow today.

  • THURSDAY
    Did 3.5 miles in 33:53. Going to weigh training class tonight
  • 30 minutes on the bike and 20 minutes on the elliptical trainer. Not too shabby!
  • FRIDAY
    Pushed myself out today and was going to only do 3.5 miles but ended up doing 4.5 in 45:45 Legs were feeling fatigued after doing some weight training last night, but I prevailed!!!!
  • SUNDAY
    Just wakled my 4.5 miles today-hot out there-didn't have much speed, or wind, behind me to get me going today-took almost a full hour to do it!

    TOTAL FOR THE WEEK: 25 miles
