  • MONDAY
    Back to the usual 4.5 miles in 46:15
  • I did 85 sit-ups last night, 3 miles on bike (which is good for me) and my other machines
  • I went to the gym
    Today I did 10 min on the treadmill 10 min on the crosstrainer
    and 20 min of weights
  • TUESDAY
    Woke up tired, mind wanted to walk, body didn't, but ELI said we were going to OLE OLE so I figured I better get out there and just "do it." Did 3.5 miles in 35:35


  • Monday
    I survived a 45 minute Spinning class!!

    It was really difficult but I did it! I also did the pilates class right after to tone a bit.
  • Still Doing BFL, sorta
    Mon- UBWO; switched to new exercises so I'm sore

    Tues-have a terrible cold but went to the gym anyway and did my 20 min interval on my favorite Precor.

  • Did some pilates and weight lifting at home last night.

    Tonight I did the bike for 40 minutes. TOM is here so I was pretty exhausted afterwards.
  • THURSDAY
    Did 4.5 miles in 47:40
  • Wednesday
    Did LBWO with SQUATS!! I can barely move today! But I can see how they can become addictive

    Today I have cardio.

  • I've been walking at a campground near us. Did so today. Need to drive my car around and see how far it is.. But walking never the less.... Yea!!
  • SUNDAY
    Did my 4.5 miles in 46:39

    TOTAL FOR THE WEEK: A measley 17 miles.
