Ok - our June Medifast chat disappeared in the server crash.
So, here we go again.
I'm finishing up week two and I feel GREAT!
I started Medifast on 5/24 at 250.2 pounds.

2morrow I clean and get stuff ready, then the next day take the little one to her dad's.
Not real thrilling, but necessary.
But now I'm back OP. Plus, I'll be taking what I need w/ me when I go to the ex's. So I should be OK for 2 days. I'll just pack my bag as if I'm going to work.

but have been tired after work this week and barely posting. I can't believe it hasn't gotten better yet. I know hospitals suck when you're the patient
, but it sounds like the best thing. Especially if your doctor can't take care of it. I'm surprised the doc let it go this long. Some of those bites can kill off several layers of skin. Of course at work they usually give us worst case scenarios, but still.
Hey, if the weight isn't lower you could just say it's all the retention in your foot.
Let us know a little more about you.
But we can dream.
Just physical, and I love that.
Hello everyone
In the last 15 or so years I have lost and gained the same 35 or so pounds at least 10 times!! I am sure this sounds familiar to some of you. I have been on Weight Watchers, LA Weight Loss, SlimFast, Phen-fen, every diet pill known to man, Atkins, and more recently the Cookie diet. I have been successful at losing weight with each of these but can never manage to keep it off. I have also worked out with personal trainers with much success in the past. I am hoping this will be the last time I "diet" and instead I hope to adopt a healthier lifestyle because I was diagonosed with hypertension earlier this year and am taking medication(atenolol). Any suggestions or advice about the Medifast diet? What is an average weight loss per month that people are experiancing? Thanks!!

Sassy!!! Glad you found us. I lost 18 lbs my 1st month. I've been having some trouble this month, but I can't blame that on Medifast, just my life getting in the way. This week, I'll be taking my youngest DD to her Dad's and hopefully my work schedule will mellow out so I can get back on track.
I had a tooth pulled and just haven't felt up to eating.
I lost about 10 pounds the first month. It really depends on how much you have to lose and how easy it usually is for you to lose. I usually lose REALLY slowly at first, so I was very excited about my first months loss. I'm hoping my previous weight loss trends will hold true and I'll start losing really fast now. *crosses fingers*
