I'm 45 and have been on Weight Watchers since 10-2-01. I've lost 31.8 pounds and would love to hear from other Weight Watchers. I tryed the Buddy section but I think that following the same diet would be more helpful. My meeting/weigh in day is Tuesdays. I have about 20 pounds more to lose to make the goal that Weight Watchers endorses for my height and age, and then of course there is maintenance. I began this diet with the intention of making long term changes to my eating and exersize habits that were doable for the rest of my life, not just to fit into a certain size or for some special occasion. (I've had my share of ups and downs along the way where I lost my focus and determination) If anyone would like to buddy up, I also use yahoo messenger and icq so we could chat if we happen to be online at the same time about Weight Watchers, or life in general. If anyone is interested in this type of support, let me know.



I had a very stressful weekend and I'll admit that I used it as an excuse to overeat. I was up 1 lb. at my weigh in yesterday morning. I know that I will not have any time to exercise until Friday, but hopefully then I can get back to it. I NEED to lose next week!!
