  • everyone! I hope it's okay that I start this month's thread. It's the end of the year, the last month to haul *** for that 2007 goal! Even though I'm in the middle of a out of state move, I plan on starting the month off right by rejoining WW tomorrow and finding a nice meeting in Texas. I'll let yall know my goals tomorrow.

    I worked out hard tonight. I'm using the gain as a jumping point to kick start my badass workout. I am going to kicka$$ this month and make my darn goal of being under 110...that's 4 pounds. Do or die. It's time to do it or SHUT UP!

  • Shooting for 5 lbs this month. Today - 169.4, end of month hoping for 164.4.

    Ok - It's a new month... new goals. The only one I did hit last month was the exercise goal. It helps when you find your groove and can stick to a routine... not possible for many I know.

    So this month - I have new goals.
    I want to kiss the #180's goodbye before the ball drops. #9.7 to go.. not too bad. Exercise wise - I'm starting my trianing for a 5K walk race tomorrow. I need to finish the first 4 weeks, 2 days of this 8 week training program. This one is going to be a little harder since I have to physically leave my house to walk. The worst day is going to be Tuesdays - my BF works late that day, and leaves for work when I get home - so I'm going to have to figure out what to do with DD for that hour... plus it's her and I's late night too - she has dance that night.

    I'll figure out something!

  • Hey everyone! I'm hoping to make it through this christmas without too many overindulgences (only cheating on christmas day!)

    My goals are to lose 2-5 pounds.
    Workout everyday.
    Drink lemon water instead of crystal lites.
    Eat no processed foods.

    I already worked out today and had some lemon water so i'm on my way. The snow is tumbling down here!
  • I'm in. I could definately use the motivation. My main goal is to exercise regularly, eat healthy and stay away from fatty foods.
  • So I've figured out the routine.. Tuesdays I'm actually going to do a 2 mile aerobic walk indoors. it's the only way I'll be abel to get it in. That day is supposed to be a "easy" (comfortable pace) 5K. But w/ DBF not getting home until 2 am form work it's just no possible. Plus it'll be nice to be able to train once a week indoors.

    I weighed this morning and was happy to see a pound loss from the weekend. I updated my ticker - only because this puts me at my first #10! From now on I'll keep it the official Fridays... well actually until Jan - because then we're switching weigh in day at work to Wednesdays... lol.

    My goals for this month are going to be basically just getting in the groove of a new workout routine in SA and just get used to a new area. Also decided that I will be going to WW meetings every week, holds me accountable and maybe I can make some new friends to show me around. Will try at least one new class this month too.
  • Shari, I guess this means you've already moved. Hope you're enjoying SA. I live north of you by about 90 miles. Sounds like you jumped in with both feet - good for you. San Antone's a great place to live.

    Didn't exercise today because my foot hurts. This happens anytime I stay on my feet for more than a couple of hours. My right leg and foot got banged up in a car accident some years ago, and now I can't be on my feet for very long at a time. I was cooking and shopping yesterday, and that did it. I've had it propped most of the day. Should be better tomorrow.
  • I'm in! I hit my Thanksgiving goal and now I'm hovering at 138-140. I would love to be hovering around 135-136 by December 25th!
  • Morning everyone!

    I did pretty good yesterday, excluding a couple of xmas cookies. But otherwise I did great. Right now I'm getting ready to exercise, gonna do slim in 6 burn it up. Hope you all have a great day.
  • The weekend was sans exercise and the non exercise has carried over into Monday and Today. I'm sitting watching The Biggest Loser and am drinking water. I will have a better day tomorrow!!
