  • Had a long day at work yesterday so no miles. Today I took the dogs on a 3 mile walk and did 2 on the treadmill.

    Work it off now....for that Halloween candy later....wink.

    Calisthenics (e.g. push-ups, pull-ups, sit-ups), heavy, vigorous effort 80 calories

  • 1 mile WATP tape and a 2 mile walk

    approx 1 hr weights.

    Today I did a short one of 1.5 with the dogs then another 3.5 on the treadmill.

    The gramma, you post what exercise you did per day to keep yourself accountable. I try and post here everyday unless I have a rest day.

    Then my goal to start, will be to post each day that I do exercise. Maybe I will get to the point where I will exercise every day.
