  • Not bad for Christmas but higher than I wanted to go the day before weighing in especially considering the week I had filled with eating out, rushing around, other stresses and eat fests and too much sweets.

  • One thing on my side was that I knew I had to WI today (Wed.) so I couldn't go too overboard, plus I've been fighting a lousy stomach. Well I'm off to my meeting in a few minutes. Wish me luck. I know I didn't lose. Hopefully I didn't gain everything I unofficially lost last week.
