    Ok, so *I* stole this from 2F in the UK forum and she stole it from the 100# forum ....

    The ONE reason I'm staying on plan today: I just don't want to be disappointed yet again when I weigh in tomorrow!!

    Isn't it funny how accountable we can come to feel toward our board compatriots? I was eating another 'bar' last night thinking ... the whole foods gals, the ladies who lift etc, wouldn't approve of this much.

    The reason I'm staying on plan today is because I have a whole wardrode waiting for the skinny woman I once was... well...skinny.. Ya know what I mean.
