It's that time again... Everybody JOIN in on another monthly challenge we've all grown to know and love! Valentine's Day is soon, and we (back in the day, ha!) used to have clever little names for the challenges, so what better than "I Love Exercise"
Set your own fitness goals.
You can join in at ANY time.
