After much consideration, and not to mention years of failed attempts at other diets, I've decided to give the Fat Smash Diet a go round. It actually looks like a diet I can do, seeing as I don't eat meat in the first place. I'm starting phase 1 as soon as I get the book. I can't wait. I just got a membership at the local YMCA, so I'll definitely be working out as much as I can. I just hope I can restrain myself from eating junk food. Pizza and cookies are my weaknesses. I've actually eaten a whole box of cookies at one sitting.
