  • MONDAY
    Did 4.5 miles, 17 jogs AND broke in a new pair of sneakers in 52:55
  • Monday
    40 minutes on exercise bike, 180 abs, 3.5 mile walk. Too pooped from yesterdays run and bike ride to run today!
  • Okay I figure maybe if I post here then I will have to MOVE my fanny!!!

    SO, today I cleaned house ALL DAY LONG. Swept outside and dusted inside.

    I hope that counts

    Ok ok, I solemnly swear to walk tomorrow. I promise

    Liz- I'm sure cleaning counts. It's the only thing that can send me to bed for a few hours!

    Did 45 minutes of weights and abs, then a 4 mile run/walk, not real fast.

    After a 1 1/2 hour wait at gyno's was so mad I did 30 minutes on exercie bike.
  • TUESDAY
    Did a very slow 4.5 mile walk today-really didn't want to go, but pushed myself out there.
  • Wednesday
    Did a really hard 30 minute interval workout on exercise bike, then 180 abs. Will I ever see them? Then did 4 mile 1/2 walk/ half run. Ok speed, crunchy right knee.

    Well this was my excersise for wednesday, I went on the stationary bike for 35 mins.
  • This is a catch up from yesterday

    Did 2 miles at the track.

  • Thursday
    Did a 3 mile run, then 2 miles of walk and talk with my neighbors. Lifted weights (heavy day) for 45 minutes. Off to tennis for an hour and 1/2 at noon. Hope I can move tomorrow!
  • Wednesday
    Did about 40 minutes of swimming class.
  • WEDNESDAY
    Did 4.5 mile walk/jog today
  • THURSDAY
    Did 3.5 miles, just walking.
  • Thursday
    30 minute program on Ellie my elliptical trainer.

    Hmmmm, 2 days in a row. Got to keep going!
  • Friday
    Really sluggish 2 mile walk. Recovering from too much yesterday? will try to hop on exercise bike after work.
