I never been on any site like this before but decided to give it a try.
I'm the mother of two beautiful children.My daughter is almost 15 and my son is 2. Oh Yeah BIG gap! Since the birth of my son I've gained 26 lbs. I've never really struggled with weight except the usual 5 lbs here and there. I've decided to lose big,60 lbs and need a support group effort. My husband likes the way I look and sabatoges every effort. Can anyone relate? I'm also a Godiva Junkie. HELP!! I would love to join in on a Fat Smasher group or any other that may work. Hi ATSBeautiful, this is also my first time on a weightloss forum. I'm a newbie too. It's great though. I check in every morning, and once or twice a day just to remind myself what my goals are, and to remember there are other people suceeding as I will. Best of luck!

I'm starting this Sunday. My husband and I are going to a social this Sat. Nothing like 55 southerns bringing their best Holiday dish. HaHa. I knew I'd blow it at that one. So phase one is where I'll be. Do you have to eat Brown rice or can I substitute wild rice instead? It's a little unclear in some aspects of the phases. Thanks.
