I will be 40 in February. I had lost about 30 pounds a couple of years ago with the help from 3FC, then I got preggo with my third child last year and gained over 60 lbs. He will be one year old next week, and I have weaned him, so now it is time for me to get serious. I don't know where to get started since I haven't been on here for so long. I have about 27 lbs or so to get back to my pre-preg weight and another 15 to get to my ideal weight after that. (if I break it up, it sounds better

). Anyway, it has been a gruelling year for me because the baby was born with a condition that required us to have 3 surgeries on his little skull in the past six months. He is doing fine now and will have no lasting effects from it. I am a stress eater, so it has been impossible for me to even try to lose up until now. I also have an 11 year old, and a 10 year old, so my time is limited. I am not following any particular plan either, just journaling what I eat, and walking and doing some toning exercises. I have been at it for almost 2 weeks and have lost 5 lbs.
