I see a lot of low carb and atkins personal web sites. But so far have not been able to locate anyone doing the Sugar Busters diet plan. I love visiting these web pages and reading all the good tips, information, recipe and menu ideas. It sure does help a newbie to get started on the right foot.
If anyone knows of a good Sugar Buster personal web site, would you please post the url for me.

Thanks Debbie for your reply. I have tried that site you posted the url for, but didn't really care for it. Plus when I go to it I keep getting a virus alert.
Since SB web pages are hard to find, I decided to add a forum on my message board strickly for Sugar Busters. But it is kind of hard to do it all alone. I need people who really know how and what to do to make the Sugar Buster diet work. I have the book and the Shopper Guide, and they are great. But I find it better to get tried and true tips from friends and people likd me. Menu ideas and recipes. Storys about how all the big losers on the WOE did it and how long it took them etc..
