Default 100 + 2 go-Anyone out there?

Anyone out there?

If so, hope you and your families are safe. I am back to WW and week one went well with a 4.5 loss.

Hope to hear from some of the old gang soon.

Hugs

Setina

Hi, Setina! It's great to "see" you here. Good job on getting back on the wagon. I'm convinced that this journey is a series of turnings -- forging ahead, losing momentum, falling back into old habits -- and then turning around and forging ahead again, working our way back into "virgin fat territory." My goal is to make those turnings as quick as possible. The first time, I regained 16 pounds before I turned it around; this past time, it was 9. I see that as progress. I'm hoping to get it down to 3 or so, which I'll see as absolute success.

I'm currently back into virgin fat territory, and I know you will be, too.

If you like, there's a group of us over in the "200 in 2001" thread. Many of us won't actually get to 200 this year, but we're all plugging along and the figures inspire us.

How funny, I haven't looked at this site in days. I'm still around Setina, plugging away. I mostly post to a private message board. Everyone I know is safe - my BIL is at the Pentagon sometimes for meetings, but not that day. I'll be flying on America West the first weekend of October, if it's still around. I guess it took the biggest hit on the stock market.

My e-mail is [email protected] if you ever want to "give me a buzz". I've been getting creative with my exercise plan. I started taking ice skating lessons to get back at DH. He said he wouldn't go with me again if I hugged the wall the whole time, even though he isn't much better. So I signed up for an 8-week course unbeknownst to him, and will be practicing with a friend as well. I can't wait to see the look on his face when I finally get him to go again I'm also taking a yoga class as well, but he knows about that so no sneaky demonstrations in bed .

Glad you are doing well and losing!!!

Hi gals,

I, too, have not been here in awhile. I stopped checking every day about a month ago. It was getting too depressing. I agree with Lauren about the turns. I am currently trying to battle back after my worse turn since I started this over 3 years ago. I have gained back about 15 pounds, am currently at 205, after being at a low of 190 last November.

Glad to see that you are all still around.

We have company so I'll check back later this week. Just wanted to say HI.

Sheri

Hi, I'm not an oldtimer here but love meeting new people. I have well over 100 lb to lose. I've been on WW since mid-June and have lost 17.4 lb. Down one size which makes me happy, happy. This is far from the first time I've tried to lose weight and I've tried just about every plan known to mankind and some I invented myself. I know all about falling off the wagon and how hard it is to get back on. This time I'm determined not to let myself gain more than 5 pounds before cracking down and hopefully I won't even go that far.
I usually post on the 250 thread. It's for anyone who is above 250 or WAS above 250 and has finally gotten below that weight. You're welcome to join us there if you like.

Hi gang!

Glad you see the posts. I just wrote the longest post and poured my heart out telling you my story and what's been going on and then guess what, before I hit submit I get kicked off line. It's getting late so I will try again tomorrow night. I just had to say hi and I have missed you all. I am still having migraines but feeling a lot better now. I will fill you in tomorrow.

Have a great evening.

Hugs
