just dropped by to say Hi....I'm over at Calorie Counters now. Staying steady on my 1 lb./wk loss for the last 8 weeks. Hope your all doing well.

Cathy, Vicki and Sharon....where are you guys posting? Don't give up ladies.

Getting ready for the first hurricane of the season here, wish us luck.

Well, I lost one of the awful pounds I gained last week. I really am not posting anywhere because I haven't been in the spirit. It seems that no one else here is either. I have been lurking around but haven't found a new group. Hoping this one will come back to life!

I have been extremely busy around here. The teens started back to school on the 25th, thank heavens! LOL! Keilyn has been sick with an respiratory infection and serious allergy problems. As far as for me, I passed my RE class and so now I can sit and take the state exam to get my license. I have pretty much been spending my time taking care of kids or studying.

Hope everyone is doing well, I will pop back in soon!!! Phyllis, will be thinking about you guys with this hurricane coming!! Take care of yourself!!

Congrats Laurie on passing the exam....we knew you would. I'm sure your life is full to the brim and I hope with happiness too.

Hurricane is downgraded to a tropical storm, that is a blessing. Will bring us 60 mile an hour winds and about 10" of rain....we can deal with that.

Vicky this group could pick up again, it has been known to do that....keep posting and keep your eye on it. I'll stop by and see how your all doing.

Hi Just came to see if anyone had posted and was going to leave a hello. lol.
Phyllis ~ WTG on the pound a week. Slow and steady wins the race.

I started South Beach yesterday. It really doesn't seem like a 'diet'. I went up to 229 since I quit smoking (day 10) so I figured I might as well give it a try and get a grip on my eating. I feel pretty good, I thought I'd feel blah but I dont'. I found a SB board to post on as well. I'll be checking in here from time to time to see how everyone is and to say hello
