Default 8/20 or 8/21 WI
Just a real quick one today. We leave for NJ at about 8 am today. Got the last minute things to pack, like pillows and toiletries, but other than that aal set!

WI this morning had me at 186.5! Woo Hoo! At least I am back to where I was before the last vacation! I am really going to try to get a lot of walking in this week, because I know food will be bad. They have an ice cream parlor right at our campground! Ice Cream is my big downfall!

Doing my WI tomorrow as I had too much SALT yesterday and am holding water today.

OMG I am up up up! I wonder if it is the change in my BC pills? I changed them last month...now my weight is climbing up! I was doing well...with my STS and all...now I am shocked! Up 4 pounds this week!!! TOM isn't due for another week at least! Time to get it together!!!

Well, I am down .5. So I will put I STS.....haven't done much exercise and I guess that is the difference as the food intake has stayed much the same...time to tweak the food a bit too.
