Default Hi Im new and have a WATP ?

Hi everyone! You are all so inspiring that I have found the actual want to start exercising . I have started yoga but want good cardio workouts too. Today I purchased WATP's deluxe set and it has the 1, 2, and 3 mile on it. How do you track your miles and do you feel these are great cardio workouts? I also joined PUSH and ordered Bob as my trainer so if any of you have anyinput on that as well I would appreciate it. Thanks in advance and God bless!

Wenonah2006 ~~ I've owned three of the WATP tapes for quite awhile...they came in a set, along with "blue" weighted balls. On each of the tapes, there's a ticker showing how many miles have been covered (example: After you have walked 1/2 mile, the ticker moves to the .50 mark...then to the 1 mile mark, etc). I'm not sure if the newer tapes have this same feature or not. HTH

I've been doing WATP since January and love, love, love it I have the set you mentioned the 1, 2 & 3 express and they were really good starting points for me. I worked my way up to the 3 mile in time. I just count my miles as whatever the workout calls itself, kwim? If it's a 2 mile I consider that I walked 2 miles. My Walk & Jog Leslie states in the video that it is equivalent to 2 1/2 miles so that's what I log. I'm doing just the 4 mile workouts and the Walk & Jog now because the others are actually to easy for me now, but in the beginning they were definitely challenging enough and the 4 miles and the interval jogging are absolutely still an amazing cardio workout for me now. And I'm very overweight, so to have gotten to a point that I can say the 1, 2 and 3 miles just aren't "enough" says a whole lot about how I've become more conditioned and fit using these workouts!

Hope you enjoy them!!
