starting atkins 12/02/06 any help would be apreciated i did this diet 2 years ago and lost 25 pounds at the time i weighted 180 pounds when i went off the diet i got layed off from work and gained it back plus more to go with it its been hard to start this diet again but i am determained to do it one more time and to loose this weight for good

Hello and welcome! I'm not on Atkins... or any diet for that matter... so can't help there but want to say I am glad you have joined us at 3FC!!
