Quiet rainy day here in Florida, been reading a lot today and drinking my water, oh I walked 1 mile with my DVD.

Phyllis- it is a very rainy day here in CT. We even have some tornado warnings. Wish I could have spent the day reading instead of working - oh well!

Doing well, sticking pretty much to plan. We had a picnic here at work today. I splurged on a danish, but otherwise kept to plan. We are suppossed to go to a baseball game tonight if it doesn't get rained out. Shouldn't be too bad to stick to the plan though - there are lots of different food choices there. So just going along, trying to make good choices. If we don't go to the baseball game, I WILL get on the treadmill for 30 min.

Sorry I didn't post yesterday. We did 6hrs at the Ft. Worth Zoo. It was fun, lot's o'walking!!!

On Wednesday, Luz and I went into Philly and took a trip on "Ride the Ducks."

The Ducks are bus/boats that tour the historic section of Philly and then go onto the Delaware River past the pier area. You get plastic duck bills that quack when you blow on them - great fun.

After, we visited my DD and SIL & went out for hamburgers and ice cream.

Luz stayed over & I brought her home on Thursday morning.
