Try and plan 3 meals and 2 snacks.
In the morning I usually have one of these-
1 1/2 cups cereal with 1/2 cup of skim milk- 4 points
1pt bagel with 2% american cheese and grill under broiler- 3 points
Sandwich made with 1pt sandwich bread, lettuce, thin sliced ham or turkey or FF bologna and Miracle Whip lite- usually 3 points total
then a 1 point fruit snack around 9 or 10
Lunch
a WW entree with a vegetable or light salad- 6-7 points or
Subway sandwich- usually turkey breast/ham with FF sweet onion sauce on it. No cheese- 5 point
or left over from home from the night before
1 or 2 cups of 1 or 2 point soup when I get home from work usually 2-4 points. One of my worst snack times, so I try to off set it.
Dinner:
I usually make a low fat, low cal dinner I try to stay around 5-6 points, a little more if I did'nt use a lot of points during the day
Bedtime snack:
1 point fruit snack
2 point Skinny Cow ice cream sandwich
Always keep low point options available, so they are handy in case of a snack attack!
Start exercising, that really helps and I like to drink at least 8 glasses of water a day.
