Good morning ladies. Things are going ok.
After showing a 2+ gain 2 weeks ago, i showed .5 loss on Monday. I was happy. I did tae bo last night and, and went for a short bike ride. Plan on doing the tae bo for sure tonite. Wanted to do it this morning, but cannot seem to bring myself to exercising that early in the morning.
We buddied up at meeting on Monday, and tied strings around our fingers to remind us to be good this week in our food choices.
Working farely well so far. Also the person we buddied with, we are calling off and on durning the week to see how the person is doing.
Eleni-you hang in there. The scale will show you your loss.
I had to come to the realization that my body is only responding to what I feed it, and do with it. So if I overeat to many days, and don't drink my water, and don't exercise, I can't expect anything at the scale. This came at the 2+ gain. This is something I want for various reason, and I've had a hard time with it all my life because I don't make the life changes. I'm trying new thing to do that. Coming home and eating isn't one.
well anyway, you all know it. been there.
