Ready to face a whole new me
Hi,
I don't know if any of you remember me but here is a reminder.
A little while ago I joined this board and had to step back because of overloads at work. Well, I've finaly told my boss get someone to help us out or I'll quit. I just couldn't work 60+hrs weeks anymore.
Well, I've slowly gotten back into taking care of myself. My first step was not working any overtime. Then it was taking inventory of what kind of foods I had in the house, got rid of all that junk that snuck in.
Now, I know I'm ready for a new me. A healthy and happy me. My first act, was taking a beautifull walk during lunch. My first lunch out in at least a month.
So, if you don't mind having one more person sticking around, I'll be checking in daily.
