1st of the month, a Saturday, sounded like a Sign.
I've rejoined about three times a year for the past ten years, I think. Gained weight -- through no fault of WW. I lead a disorganized life and can't seem to stay on program unless everything is going smoothly which, of course, it never does and can't be expected to.
This time I'm determined. I weighed in at 300 pounds and nearly died on the spot. I've been saying, "Well, at least I'm not 300" for months.
I've pledged with a friend to go to meetings for three months and journal every day. I'll go weigh in whether I'm OP or not, but I am going to make a real effort to stay OP.
I'm 56, single and live alone, a teacher and writer. "Bloomer" is for Baby Boomer and someone about to Bloom.....

Help,,,I am about to go nuts trying to put the weight loss tracker in my posts,,,I don't know how to cut and paste it in,,,,lol,,,stop laughing,,lol,,,anyway any help would sure save me from breaking down,,lol,,jeanne
not to worry. go to the blue bar at the top, and click "user cp". then on the left should be an option to "edit signature." when the little signature box opens up, highlight the code for your tracker (click and hold down the mouse as you scroll over the code), press control C, then click back in the signature box and press control V.
that's how i did mine, anyway. if anyone knows a simpler way, please jump in!
Well I can hardly believe it,,,I can't tell you how I did it and don't think I could do it again,,this one is like the first one I picked out of 20 trys but I don't care I have one,,,thank you,,thank,,you so much,,, Now when I need to change it do I just click on it and change it or what ?,,,lol,, Boy I have spent way to much time on this thing today,,,I am just about slap/happy

i don't blame you...i love my tickers! when i change mine, i go into where i pasted the code and just change the numbers there. i think some people just make a new one, but to each their own, right? good luck!
