
I've rejoined about three times a year for the past ten years, I think. Gained weight -- through no fault of WW. I lead a disorganized life and can't seem to stay on program unless everything is going smoothly which, of course, it never does and can't be expected to.
This time I'm determined. I weighed in at 300 pounds and nearly died on the spot. I've been saying, "Well, at least I'm not 300" for months.
I've pledged with a friend to go to meetings for three months and journal every day. I'll go weigh in whether I'm OP or not, but I am going to make a real effort to stay OP.
I'm 56, single and live alone, a teacher and writer. "Bloomer" is for Baby Boomer and someone about to Bloom.....
