Breakfast -- An orange and a Yoplait light yogurt
Lunch -- Grilled Chicken salad, with balsamic vinagrette
Snack -- A string cheese and a diet coke
Dinner -- Spring veggie mix, and a small chicken breast

I am trying to stay between 1200 and 1400 calories a day. It is getting so old just eating chicken all the time. I am trying to find some new recipes for making chicken.

okay, i ate most of the cottage cheese/yogurt concoction i made. it would have probably been better if it didn't have the lumps in it. cottage cheese just don't have any flavor, but it had texture. i had to chew the blobs of nothingness. i think if i process it into a smooth texture, i won't notice it so much. i'll try that when i get home. other wise, i don't think i'll be able to handle!!
