Talking willpower

So last night i was really proud of myself and i wanted to share it here. First of all, I finally got to wear my SKINNY jeans (which aren't exactly skinny, but they are skinnier than my others...).

After my friend's concert, he wanted to go to the Cheesecake Factory, and I said ok... and I went, but only had about 1/4 of an appetizer ceasar salad (no croutons and no parmesan cheese with dressing on the side), while my friend ate a HUGE slice of snicker's cheesecake right in front of me. AND I didn't even complain about having to watch him eat it.

Sorry. I realize it isn't much, but it felt like a little bit of a victory...

That sounds like a sweet victory to me. Skinny jeans and watching your food intake. You rock!!

Good job keeping yourself in control, and CONGRATS on the skinny jeans!

Woohoo for the skinny jeans! And good for you for not overindulging! That's the way to do it!

Yaaaay! Congrats! Saying "no" to junk food isn't so bad once you get used to it. Keep up the good work

That's a double victory--fitting the skinny jeans, and choosing a healthy snack. You're doing such a great job, keep it up!
