Default Yay! Three Cheers for Me LOL

Yippee my ticker moved 3 spaces to the RIGHT today (for 3 pounds gone this week). Yaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaay!!!!

Oops wrong ticker though... it wasn't the bunny LOL. I tried to change the thread title but it didn't work so oh well. Guess I'll have to walk more and make the bunny move too.

Congrats! I don't know if shamrocks can hop, but if mine doesn't move soon, I'm going to pluck its sorry butt and drop-kick it.

Thanks and LOL about the shamrock! Kick it's sorry butt... walk... whatever it takes... we will keep moving them over!!

LOL I even got my bunny to move a little bit.

Oh and tonight... I went to dinner with a friend... I can't believe I did this... but I had a bowl of homemade cream of asparagus soup and a couple small pieces of bread... while HE had a HUGE steak with all the trimmings!! Wow yippee I did it. I just got home and am going to make popcorn.

Maybe you can say that your cheerleader is named Bunny?

Anyway, congratulations! You are doing so well and are very inspiring with your walking. I always look for your walking ticker and am so impressed and inspired with how much you get up and move!

Thanks to all for the encouragement. Walking is actually hard for me because I have plantar fascitis (sp?) and bone spurs. I just make myself keep going anyway. LOL Lumifan... hang in there; the chick will walk!!

I like my walking ticker because I can control it! The weight loss I work at and "wait and hope" -- but the walker is totally up to me to make him move.

Sorry to hear about the plantar fasciitis, my mom and I both have that, and she also has the bone spur problem. She has been able to swim in the past (at the local community center) without her feet hurting her. Maybe that would be another option?

Actually Swingchick, I have been thinking about going to an indoor pool not too far from here where you pay as you go. Swimming is great exercise and when I loved closer to a pool before I was swimming a mile in laps and loved it!!
