Good morning everyone
Well, I have decided to change my weight in from Sunday to Friday instead. I much prefer that. I drink my water during the week since I'm in the office, and on weekends, I just don't think about it. So by Sunday, I may not have as much water. And also to help prevent binging, I've decided to let myself have a small portion of chips once a week! I'm going to see if it works for me! The best thing to do is try things, and if they don't work, go back and try something else.
Last week, I had gained 4 pounds. Today, I have lost 3 of those pounds.

It's time to get serious and get under my original JC goal of 150. I met my goal last summer, but have been going up and down those same 5 pounds for a while now. So it's now time to meet it one last time, and work towards my final goal of 130. I was going to write "I can do this!", but no, I will write instead "I will do this!".
