Good morning.Just thought I would stop by and say good morning before I head out to work.So many of you are doing so good.here is poem that might help someone

One Day At A Time
Whatever the goal we're pursuing,
no matter how rugged the climb,
we're certain to get there
by trying our best and taking

"Forever" is hard to imagine,
"the future" may seem far away
but every new dawn
brings a wonderful chance
to do what we can on that day!!

Eleni~ Thank you very much for the poem. Did you get your exercise in yet? LOL

I am doing pretty good. Trying some new methods with the same food I am already doing. Just thought I needed a way to become accountable for my actions. Tomorrow is weigh day for most of us. Good luck. I know I am nervous as heck!

Hi everyone!

Been a pretty OK week. Kids have colds though and I am starting to feel crummy too. I had a 1.25 loss on Monday and a 6 week consecutive loss! I was happy about that. I know I haven't been replying too much but I feel like I've been neglecting the house, hubby and kids. My son has AD/HD and he's bored with summer. I need to find something for him to do. His friends all went back to the states for the summer and he's having a bad week. We go to an AD/HD support group tomorrow to get away. I think I need a vacation! Not to mention the weather has turned cold! It must be that time of the month because I always get down then. Boy am I depressing!
Hope I didn't ruin everyones mood!

Hello ladies!!

Hope everyone is having a good OP day today. I'm so excited because I had a friend of mine who attends WW buy me the books that go to the program and I've been looking through them. I even have a 12 Week Journal to track everything. When I was going to TOPS last year I was following the WW program and it has always worked best for me so I plan on sticking with it. Can't wait! Can't wait!

I have a question..... at your TOPS meetings do you have prizes each week for the "Loser of the Week"? At our meetings we have two baskets... one for the TOPS and one for the KOPS members. Everyone either brings a dollar or a low fat food item and puts in the baskets and whoever loses the most weight that week gets what is in the basket. Do ya'll do the same thing at your meetings or do you do something different? Just curious.

And I was also curious if any of you have received any TOPS pins? Isn't the first pin for a 10 pound loss? I can't remember.

Shelley~~ Great loss!! My Bosses son has ADHD and being around them so much I can understand what you're going through. Is he on medication?

Hi Penny!
Yes, Zack is on medication, Ritalin. We were very against meds in the beginning because it was summer and we thought we could be 'super parents'! Boy were we wrong! He started having probelms in the classroom and on the bus so we started him out slow. He's also on a medication for the peaks and valleys associated with Ritalin. He's doing very well on it and we've seen a tremendous improvement, in our homelife too! He's very excited tonight because his friend called him to play tomorrow! It'll give me a little break as well! lol I was able to go to the gym tonight, relived some stresses!
I have some old WW info from a few years ago. I think I'll look into it just for an added boost! It's the points system. Does anyone know if it's changed a lot?
