Guess I won't be winning the challenge this week. Had an absolute breakdown this morning. Never ate breakfast - grabbed a protein bar - wasn't satisfied, had a bagel & a muffin.

OK that's over. On to tuna + salad for lunch and boulliabaise for dinner.

Lynn! Hang in there! Put it behind you and move on. Looks like the rest of your day is well planned, so stick to the plan and you will be fine. Increase the water if you can to help "flush" it out!!

Will do. Luckily, I'm REALLY thirsty. That junk must have had lots of salt - besides all the sugar.

Chips are my weakness, too. LOVE them. So now, I just steer clear of them at the store.
