Guess I won't be winning the challenge this week. Had an absolute breakdown this morning. Never ate breakfast - grabbed a protein bar - wasn't satisfied, had a bagel & a muffin.
OK that's over. On to tuna + salad for lunch and boulliabaise for dinner.
