Default Excellent Bread find!

I do not know if this is a regional bread or not... but I have found Arnold's Seven Grain Bakery Light Bread.

What is excellent about this bread is the 5g of protein and the 5g of fiber! 80calories for 2 slices - it tastes good - If you can pick some up I highly recommend it. I made some french toast with it this am (no syrup - I don't like syrup) and I feel like a queen...

I am a simple gal with simple pleasures, LOL... Just wanted to share!

I found some Oatmeal Bread that I love toasted in the mornings and just eat it plain....Pettridge Farms brand, 45 cal. per slice....was a nice change.

You can mail bread by wrapping the loaf in bubble wrap, packing it in a slightly larger box and putting crumpled newspaper around it so that the contents do not shift.

I'm a frequent e-bay seller and I've managed a mail room, so I have experience in shipping lots of interesting things.
