I am down 3lbs this week, probably cause I haven't hardly eaten the last 2-3 days due to being sick! LOL!

Lynn -- I am so proud of you. After everything that you have been through, you continued to with the challenge. Way to go on your 2 lb.!!

For me, I am a little worried. The TOM came for me in the middle of the night last night and I am about to die. When it comes around it kills me on the first day. I have not gotten any sleep at all and I weighed myself this morning and I up 1lb. My weigh in is going to be bad because of me starting my period today. I guess I will drink more water today than usual and see what happens for my weigh in tomorrow.

Melisss,

I am a daily weigher. One thing I have learned from this is that weight fluctuates daily. It's the long-term that matters.

Hope you feel better.

Lynn -- I have been weighing everyday too and it is about to kill me. My weight has been going up and down all week. I can't do that anymore. I am going to have my husband hide the scale after tomorrow. I am hoping that the weight gain that I show for today is from my period arriving at my door step this morning. It has never come on a weekend, it always comes in the middle of the week.

Yes the weight will fluatuate and my weight is a big example of that. I weigh every day to see my progress but I dont' count on the true weigh in until Sunday.

I can really only weigh once a week - For a long time I had dh hide the scale and pull it out only on Saturday night so I could weigh in on Sunday AM - but I am better about it now... usually I stay the heck off of it. Even if I DO peek, I know it doesn't matter until Sunday AM...

Oh and Melissa - the week before and after my period my weight can fluctuate as much as 5 lbs in one day - Pay no attention until next week really... hormones can really mess with you - you tend to over react etc... just don't fret about it - stay on target and you will see results eventually - hang in there...

Anywho - WTG on the losses you guys... I am down one lb... I am pleased. All I care about is steady progress. I think I will make my Valentine's goal!

I am down 1.5 lbs but offical WI tomorrow.

I weigh everyday too. But I know now how my body fluctuates and I can have a 3 lb water weight overnite....Don't let it bother you or as you say hide the scales.

For me it just tells me, OK be very good tomorrow or drink a ton of WATER.
And it does encourage me when I see it is down and clues me in to what I can and shouldn't eat.

Don't let it stress you out.

Well I STS but O am going to offically WI tomorrow. I had loads of cookies and popcorn Fri night and last night. So I want to "Flush" out my salt today and see if there's a difference.

I am a daily weigher too. It keeps me on my toes if I am doing good or need to work harder for the day. I know I should work hard every day, but when that scale starts going back up all of a sudden my motivation does too!!!

When TOM comes for me... my WI goes up 3-5 pounds as well. So chin up theres another WI next week.

My last weigh in was impacted by my TOM and I gained back everything I had lost. I weighed myself throughout the course of a day and went from 147 to 144 in the course of two hours of housework... and back to 147. Hang in there... this is the great thing about being a woman, right?!?

Everyone is doing so great. Makes me want to try harder. It was not a good OP week for me. I just couldn't seem to pull it all together. Every night I decide the next day will be OP, but I always blow it. I SO want to do this. I am so tired of being fat. I feel so unattractive. But I did go to the gym the last three days. I'm afraid to WI. I know I am up. SO, this is my week. I am doing this for me.
