I started weighing everyday for accountability. It does really help me. I am learning about my own weight and its ups and downs.I keep a log of all my daily weigh ins. I may be up on weeks when my cycle starts but usually down from a month ago at that same time. I also take an average of the week. I am usually losing slow and steady. The scale is nothing more than a tool, We give it way too much power. Nothing more than the pencil I use to write down the numbers. I tried some clothes on this weekend that were not comfortable and some that did not fit at all not to long ago, They all fit. So I have taken out the next group of clothes for my next goal.
