Hello everyone. Im crystal 27 yrs old married with 2 boys Keith Jr and Riley. I've decided that I needed to find others that are trying to lose weight or that are. Im at my highest weight ever Im up to 266 and Im only 5foot I was at an 20w right before I had my youngest and he's only 9months old and I gained a total of 6lbs with him. I live in OK work for a grocery store but I need to shed some lbs before it gets way out of hand. Thanks for listening and hope to meet everyone

Just wanted to welcome you to the forum! I'm new as well (just joined yesterday)... I know how much it can really help to have a forum of people to chat with (that's how I quit smoking)... anyways good look with your journey! If you're anything like me you've been wanting to lose weight for YEARS and am hoping this time it will be different... I just had a thought... each time we respond to a post, or reply or post about wanting to lose weight, it's positive reinforcement in our heads and I bet each post will bring us closer to our goals... good luck and I'm here if you need to chat!

Iam 5,2 and 166 right now, My Baby is 9 years old so i cant use her anymore for an exsuse. Plus I am sick and tires of being this heavy, I gained all this weight last 2 years. I was a 125 2 years ago!!!

So I work out at curves and I do it at home. Change my eating and so far I am doing good
