Hello everyone. Im crystal 27 yrs old married with 2 boys Keith Jr and Riley. I've decided that I needed to find others that are trying to lose weight or that are. Im at my highest weight ever Im up to 266 and Im only 5foot:o I was at an 20w right before I had my youngest and he's only 9months old and I gained a total of 6lbs with him. I live in OK work for a grocery store but I need to shed some lbs before it gets way out of hand. Thanks for listening and hope to meet everyone :D

Just wanted to welcome you to the forum! I'm new as well (just joined yesterday)... I know how much it can really help to have a forum of people to chat with (that's how I quit smoking)... anyways good look with your journey! If you're anything like me you've been wanting to lose weight for YEARS and am hoping this time it will be different... I just had a thought... each time we respond to a post, or reply or post about wanting to lose weight, it's positive reinforcement in our heads and I bet each post will bring us closer to our goals... good luck and I'm here if you need to chat!

Iam 5,2 and 166 right now, My Baby is 9 years old so i cant use her anymore for an exsuse. Plus I am sick and tires of being this heavy, I gained all this weight last 2 years. I was a 125 2 years ago!!!

So I work out at curves and I do it at home. Change my eating and so far I am doing good :D

Hey!! Welcome! I just joined at the beginning of the month and this place is a WEALTH of information! I love this site and people here are awesome! We are close to the same age, I am 28 and my youngest son is 8 months old!! I am 5'7" but am up at 286 pounds, and I have soooo much to lose. I am trying to take it in baby steps and so far so good!
