Ok, here goes. Even though this is only 7/6, I thought we need to get this thread going NOW for those of us that need to be held accountable for just ONE thing.
Mine will be to ride my bike everyday for at least 15 minutes. If I do more that's fine but I'm starting slow to make sure I do it.
Any one else want to join in??? Remember, just make ONE goal so that we will be sure to succeed. Let's go ladies.....
My goal for the week is to stick with my points everyday. I am going to try mixing up my points like the wendy plan. I looked back in my journal and I was mixing up my points before and I did have one day that I was over in my points and still lost. So that is what I am going to do. usually friday is my day to go over so I am not going to try to go over but If I do it will be okay. Because I will stay within my points for the rest of the week.
Reporting in for day #1. I did do 3 miles on my bike and it took me 17 minutes....2 longer than it used to. I struggled to get through but I DID IT!!!! YEAH!!!!! Hope everyone else is doing good at their goals.
Summer & Eleni great job at sticking with your goals yesterday. I know you will have a loss this week. The last time we all stuck to our goals for the week we all lost weight. Keep up the great work.
I am reporting in for yesterday also. YEAH I DID IT TO! I had a total of 24 1/2 pts. yesterday. It felt great to stick with my plan. I wasn't hungry either.

Just checking in for the night to let you all know how I did today. I didn't do good at all. We almost didn't go to the graduation party because my husband ended up working until 3pm today. But we ended up going so of course I ended up eating. I am just glad that I was within my points yesterday so I know that by staying within my points for the rest of the week should give me a loss. It has happened before when I was taking one day off during the week from my plan. So I am going to start exercising for the week tomorrow.
So the bottom line is that I didn't make my goal today but I am back on track tomorrow and I will complete my goal for the rest of the week.
Day #2 and I did my 3 miles again. This time just over 16 minutes so I did pick up a little speed tonight. My eating has been horrendous so the exercise will at least take the edge off that a little, very little. Thankfully I made the activity my goal!!!!
Sherri, don't worry about what you did Sat. You had a good Fri and you will for the week ahead of you. The party is over.
Eleni, Yeah, for the popsicles only. Keep up the good work.

Great job summer for doing your exercise again yesterday. You are doing great. Don't worry about your eating. Once you get back into the routine of exercising for the week then next week you can start working on the eating. One step at a time remember?
Keep up the great work and you are right the party is over. I only went over one day and I can do good the rest of the week. And yes I stayed on plan on friday so it is okay to have one day off.

Don't worry that you went off last night and didn't make your goal. Just try real hard for the rest of the week and you will have a loss. You can do this. Everytime you go to pick up something other than the popsicles then think of us telling you NO ELENI DON'T EAT THAT MAKE A HEALTHIER CHOICE!
You can do this I know you can. Don't beat yourself up you are doing great.

I find this helps me a lot. I've been giving the wendie plan a try and feeling very motivated. I've lost 1.5 lbs. No big loss like some people have, but I thought I would give it at least a month trial.
