MORNING LADIES!!!!!

It has been ages since I started a thread. You know, I felt good posting yesterday and it seemed to bring me out of my slump. I've been down for so long, not caring about myself at all and I looked at my dd yesterday and thought if I don't get this weight back off, I'm not going to be able to care for her much longer.

Eleni, Mickey, Christie.......it was so nice to see you all. Maybe some more of us 'alumni' will come out.

India, Thank you for the welcome. I looked at the Bio you posted and it's nice to get to know you. I, too, have a daughter Melissa. I updated my Bio so it is current. I wish you success and glad to see that you did take an office.

Oh, this time of year is awful with all the special temptations out there. I thought I would never say I was glad to live in a small town, but luckily we don't get the huge variety like the BIG stores with bakeries and such. I really tried to restrain my eating yesterday....not too easy since I've been so out of control ..... but it definitely was better. Each day should get easier, right??? [as I nod my head 'yes' ;^)

I wish you all a GREAT day and may we strive to do the BEST we can towards a HEALTHIER life!

Hi Summer, Welcome back. I don't get on here very often anymore either. I was just thinking about you the other day and was pleasantly surprised to see you posting again.

We had 'snow' here the other night, too. We went to the downtown street party and they were blowing 'snow' from the roof tops. (All right.......it wasn't the same as you others have, but it was fun) LOL.

Eleni..I'm glad that you are feeling better. And congratulations on selling one of your drawings.
