I dont post much, but i do read lots of posts and find them to be very helpful
Just wondering what exactly everyone thinks of when they say they walk/jog/or run...i guess its pretty relative to what you can do, but how fast is a jog vs a run?
for me i guess it changed since i started to really train
walking=well any speed not at jogging or running pace...duh
jogging=5-6.7 mph on a treadmill, or highest around a 9 1/2 min mile
running= i guess anything above that, but the highest i ever get is about 8 mph on the treadmill...or about 7 1/2 min mile...but that doesnt last too long
i dont know, i guess i just wondered if this is slow or around the right speed to be running...i would love to sprint a 6 min mile....but i dont see that in near the future...yet
